30px;\"><\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<strong>Zeger Reyers<\/strong> (1966) participates in the 39th edition of the Watou Artsfestival in Belgium. The title of the festival is <em>Saudade &#8211; Nothing exists that doesn&#8217;t touch anything else<\/em>. This refers to the Portuguese concept of Saudade, which stands for desire and melancholy and to the fact that our lives are interwoven with random encounters that may be casual but nevertheless important.
