In the fourth edition of ‘Makersheimen’ (Secrets of Making) at the Textile Museum Tilburg Karin van Dam<\/strong> shows a site-specific work alongside eight other artists. Doina Kraal & Roger Cremers, Yu-Mei-Huang, Hussein Shikha, Fanja Bouts, Ishola Akpo, Susanne Khalil Yusef, Emilie Palle Holm and Karin van Dam\u00a0 worked over the past months in the Textile Lab of the museum. The exhibition shows the results of that work period, the final works of art, but also the development process and the artists’ sources of inspiration.<\/p>\n 8 June 2024 – 15 June 2025, TextielMuseum, Goirkestraat 96, Tilburg NL At Cultuurfabriek De Compagnie in Veghel Karin van Dam also shows a new large work, consisting of round knitted forms of wool and monifilament on bamboo sticks.<\/p>\n
