Dirk Zoete solo in Roeselare

 

Dirk Zoete (1969) has a soloshow entitled Settlement in De Spil in his birthplace Roeselare, Belgium. The exhibition includes an overview of Zoete’s work, from a series of large woodcuts focusing on music from 2014 to the installation Settlement in which stylized human figures and simple panels are placed on a large table that functions as a stage. In addition, there are drawings and spatial works on show. Parallelly an installation of twelve masks by Dirk Zoete can be viewed in the Aldermen’s Hall of the town hall.
