Robbie Cornelissen: Terra Nova – Kunsthalle Mannheim

Robbie Cornelissen (1954) has a retrospective exhibition at the Kunsthalle Mannheim in which drawings and animations from the past ten years are shown, including his latest animation film Terra Nova, which premieres in Mannheim. In Terra Nova, Robbie Cornelissen addresses the issue of global warming and the future of our planet without making a moral judgment. The animation moves between abstraction and figuration and depicts the subject in a poetic way.
