Susanna from middle ages to Me Too

Museum Gouda dedicates an exhibition to the Biblical story of Susanna and the Elders. The different approaches to the subject throughout art history vary from Susanna as a symbol of marital fidelity or as an object of lust.

Susanna Inglada (1983) was commissioned by the museum to create an animation in which she depicts the story of Susanna combined with a compilation of images of the subject throughout history.
