Drawing Room Store was initiated by Drawing Room who organise art fairs in Madrid and Lissabon exclusively dedicated to drawing. Because of restrictive measurements due to Covid 19 an online edition of the fair was organized in which fourty eight galleries participate, from Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, The Netherlands, the UK, Argentina, Brasil, Colombia, Mexico and Japan.

De online fair runs through the end of April, each month an online exhibition is presented in the Drawing Room On Show section organized by a guest curator. Jan Philipp Fruehsorge has curated the first virtual exhibition for which he selected a. o. Martin Assig and Dirk Zoete. Fruehsorge also wrote an article on Martin Assigs work in the Highlights section on the website of the fair.

Galerie Maurits van de Laar presents work on paper by Martin Assig (1959) from his St. Paul series in which he focuses on the condition humaine: on how we relate to the other, the world, life and death. Susanna Inglada (1983) shows a number of collage drawings from the Faces series, and some larger works with figures that are involved in a intense interaction. Stan Klamer (1951) shows drawings in which ships and boats are depicted in silhouette on a topographic coloured. A more abstract work shows circles that refer to the color theory of Goethe and Ittingen, among others. Dirk Zoete (1969) has large graphite drawings in which draws compositions of semi-abstract shapes based on cacti. In the smaller Cactus Derivatives  he uses pigment and colourpencil to draw variations on the cactus, thus creating an imaginary herbarium with intriguing new species.
